Provided is an oriented carbon nanotube growth catalyst-containing coating liquid capable of, even when applied on a buffer layer provided on a current collector substrate of an electrical storage device, preventing corrosion of the buffer layer. The oriented carbon nanotube growth catalyst-containing coating liquid contains: water as a solvent; a metal salt of a catalyst metal; a chelating agent capable of forming a chelate bond with the catalyst metal; and a pH adjuster. The pH of the carbon nanotube growth catalyst-containing coating liquid is adjusted to 4-7 by the pH adjuster.

L'invention concerne un liquide de revêtement contenant un catalyseur de croissance de nanotube de carbone orienté susceptible, même lorsqu'il est appliqué sur une couche tampon disposée sur un substrat de collecteur de courant d'un dispositif de stockage électrique, d'empêcher la corrosion de la couche tampon. Le liquide de revêtement contenant un catalyseur de croissance de nanotube de carbone orienté contient : de l'eau comme solvant ; un sel métallique d'un métal de catalyseur ; un agent chélatant susceptible de former une liaison de chélate avec le métal de catalyseur ; et un dispositif de régulation de pH. Le pH du liquide de revêtement contenant un catalyseur de croissance de nanotube de carbone est régulé à 4-7 par le dispositif de régulation de pH.

蓄電デバイスの集電体基板上に設けられるバッファ層に塗布した場合においても、バッファ層の腐食を防止し得る配向性カーボンナノチューブ成長触媒含有塗布液を提供する。配向性カーボンナノチューブ成長触媒含有塗布液は、溶媒としての水と、触媒金属の金属塩と、触媒金属とキレート結合し得るキレート剤と、pH調整剤と、を含む。そして、カーボンナノチューブ成長触媒含有塗布液のpHは、pH調整剤によって、4以上且つ7以下に調整されている。
