Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a coating device for applying a coating of a liquid mixture including at least a first liquid agent and a second liquid agent, wherein mixing properties of the first liquid agent and the second liquid agent are enhanced. An electrostatic coating device 1 is provided with a rotary atomizing head, a first supply pipe 130 for supplying a main agent L1, a second supply pipe 140 for supplying a curing agent L2, a first mixing part 150 for merging the first supply pipe 130 and the second supply pipe 140 and causing the main agent L1 and the curing agent L2 to mix, and a liquid mixture supply pipe 160 for supplying a mixed liquid agent to the rotary atomizing head 22. The first mixing part 150 is provided with: an outer pipe part 151 connected to the second supply pipe 140 and formed so as to surround the external periphery of a distal-end part 130a of the first supply pipe 130; and a merging part 152 for merging the main agent L1 and the curing agent L2 so that the curing agent L2 supplied from the outer pipe part 151 surrounds the external periphery of the main agent L1 supplied from the first supply pipe 130, the merging part 152 being formed in the vicinity of the distal-end part 130a of the first supply pipe 130.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif de revêtement permettant l’application d’un revêtement d'un mélange liquide comprenant au moins un premier agent liquide et un second agent liquide, les propriétés de mélange du premier agent liquide et du second agent liquide étant améliorées. Un dispositif de revêtement électrostatique (1) est équipé d'une tête d'atomisation rotative, d'un premier tuyau d'alimentation (130) pour fournir un agent principal (L1), d'un second tuyau d'alimentation (140) pour fournir un agent de durcissement (L2), d’une première partie de mélange (150) pour fusionner le premier tuyau d'alimentation (130) et le second tuyau d'alimentation (140) et amener l'agent principal (L1) et l'agent de durcissement (L2) à se mélanger, et d’un tuyau d'alimentation en mélange liquide (160) pour alimenter en agent liquide mélangé la tête d'atomisation rotative (22). La première partie de mélange (150) comporte : une partie tuyau externe (151) reliée au second tuyau d'alimentation (140) et étant formée de manière à entourer la périphérie externe d'une partie extrémité distale (130a) du premier tuyau d'alimentation (130) ; et une partie de fusion (152) pour fusionner l'agent principal (L1) et l'agent de durcissement (L2) de sorte que l'agent de durcissement (L2) fourni par la partie tuyau externe (151) entoure la périphérie externe de l'agent principal (L1) fourni par le premier tuyau d'alimentation (130), la partie de fusion (152) étant formée à proximité de la partie extrémité distale (130a) du premier tuyau d'alimentation (130).
