Abstract:
(EN) This electric actuator 1 is equipped with a motor 10, a motor case 11 for housing the motor 10, and a motion converting mechanism 22 for converting rotary motion generated by driving the motor 10 to linear motion in a direction parallel to the output shaft 10a of the motor 10, the motion converting mechanism 22 being provided with a linearly-moving movable part 24 disposed parallel to the output shaft 10a. The movable part 24 and the motor 10 overlap in the radial direction of the motor 10. A sensor target 73 is disposed on the movable part 24, and a non-contact sensor 70 for detecting, without contact, the position of the sensor target 73 in the linear motion direction is provided to the motor case 11.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un actionneur électrique (1) qui est équipé d'un moteur (10), d'un carter de moteur (11) destiné à loger le moteur (10), et d'un mécanisme de conversion de mouvement (22) destiné à convertir un mouvement rotatif généré par entraînement du moteur (10) en un mouvement linéaire dans une direction parallèle à l'arbre de sortie (10a) du moteur (10), le mécanisme de conversion de mouvement (22) étant pourvu d'une partie mobile linéairement (24) agencée parallèlement à l'arbre de sortie (10a). La partie mobile (24) et le moteur (10) se chevauchent dans la direction radiale du moteur (10). Une cible de capteur (73) est agencée sur la partie mobile (24), et un capteur sans contact (70) destiné à détecter, sans contact, la position de la cible du capteur (73) dans la direction de mouvement linéaire est fourni au carter de moteur (11).
(JA) 本発明に係る電動アクチュエータ1は、モータ10と、モータ10が収容されるモータケース11と、モータ10の駆動により生じた回転運動をモータ10の出力軸10aと平行な向きの直線運動に変換する運動変換機構22とを備え、運動変換機構22は、出力軸10aと平行に配設されて直線運動を行う可動部22を有する。可動部22にとモータ10はモータ10の径方向で重なっている。可動部22にセンサターゲット73が配設されると共に、モータケース11に、センサターゲット73の直線運動方向の位置を非接触に検出する非接触センサ70が配設されている。
