Abstract:
(EN) In order to eliminate plastic flow defects caused by inadequate heating of materials to be assembled, to ensure adequate strength and to facilitate bonding work, the present invention provides: a friction stir bonding method that is the result of close examination particularly with respect to preheating process conditions; and a device to achieve the same. When friction stir bonding steel sheets (3, 3) which are the materials to be assembled, a pair of rotary tools (1, 15) that face one another are inserted into the unbonded section from both one side and the other side of the steel sheets (3, 3) and moved in the bonding direction while being rotated, and a heating means (5) provided in front of the rotary tools (1, 15) is used to perform a preheating process of heating the steel sheets (3, 3), and the configuration of the pair of rotary tools (1, 15) that face one another and the surface temperature, surface area and position of the heating region in the preheating process are rigorously controlled.
(FR) Afin d'éliminer les irrégularités d'écoulement plastique provoquées par un chauffage inadéquat de matériaux à assembler, pour assurer une résistance adéquate et faciliter le travail de liaison, la présente invention concerne : un procédé de liaison par friction-agitation qui est le résultat d'un examen soigneux en particulier en ce qui concerne les conditions de processus de préchauffage; et un dispositif pour obtenir celui-ci. Lors de la liaison par friction-agitation de tôles d'acier (3, 3) qui sont les matériaux à assembler, deux outils rotatifs (1, 15) qui se font face sont insérés dans la section non liée à partir d'un côté et de l'autre côté des tôles d'acier (3, 3) et déplacés dans la direction de liaison tout en étant mis en rotation, et un moyen de chauffage (5) disposé devant les outils rotatifs (1, 15) est utilisé pour effectuer un processus de préchauffage consistant à chauffer les tôles d'acier (3, 3), et la configuration des deux outils rotatifs (1, 15) qui se font face et la température de surface, la surface spécifique et la position de la région de chauffage dans le processus de préchauffage sont contrôlées de manière stricte.
(JA) 被加工材の加熱不足による塑性流動不良を解消し、十分な強度とともに、接合施工性の向上を図ることを目的とし、特に予熱処理プロセス条件を厳密に精査した摩擦撹拌接合方法と上記を実現する装置を提供することを課題とする。 被加工材である鋼板(3,3)の摩擦撹拌接合に際し、相対向する一対の回転ツール(1,15)を鋼板(3,3)の一方面側と他方面側の両方から未接合部に挿入して回転させながら接合方向に移動させ、且つ回転ツール(1,15)の前方に設けた加熱手段(5)により、鋼板(3,3)を加熱する予熱処理プロセスを行い、当該相対向する一対の回転ツール(1,15)の構成および当該予熱処理プロセスにおける加熱領域の表面温度や面積、位置などを厳密に制御する。
