The purpose of the present invention is to provide a high strength extruded aluminum alloy material with which high strength is obtained by air-cooling immediately after extrusion and which has excellent stress corrosion cracking resistance, and a manufacturing method therefor. This high strength extruded aluminum alloy material with excellent corrosion resistance and favorable quenching characteristics is characterized in containing, all in mass%, Zn: 6.0-8.0%, Mg: 1.50-2.70%, Cu: 0.20-1.50%, Ti: 0.005-0.05%, and Zr: 0.10-0.25% as well as Mn: 0.3% or less, Cr: 0.05% or less, Sr: 0.25% or less, Zr+Mn+Cr+Sr being in the range of 0.10-0.50% and the balance being made of Al and unavoidable impurities.

Le but de la présente invention est de fournir : un matériau d'alliage d'aluminium extrudé de haute résistance, une résistance élevée étant obtenue en effectuant un refroidissement par air immédiatement après l'extrusion et ledit matériau présentant une excellente résistance à la fissuration par corrosion sous contrainte; et un procédé pour le fabriquer. Ce matériau d'alliage d'aluminium extrudé de haute résistance ayant une excellente résistance à la corrosion et des caractéristiques de trempe favorables est caractérisé en ce qu'il contient, en pourcentage massique, 6,0 à 8,0 % de Zn, 1,50 à 2,70 % de Mg, 0,20 à 1,50 % de Cu, 0,005 à 0,05 % de Ti et 0,10 à 0,25 % de Zr, ainsi que 0,3 % ou moins de Mn, 0,05 % ou moins de Cr, 0,25 % ou moins de Sr, la somme Zr + Mn + Cr + Sr étant dans la plage de 0,10 à 0,50 % et le reste étant constitué d'Al et d'impuretés inévitables.

本発明は、押出加工直後の空冷にて高強度が得られ、耐応力腐食割れ性に優れた高強度アルミニウム合金押出材、及びその製造方法の提供を目的とする。本発明の耐食性に優れ、良好な焼入れ特性を有する高強度アルミニウム合金押出材は、以下全て質量%で、Zn:6.0-8.0%、Mg:1.50-2.70%、Cu:0.20-1.50%、Ti:0.005-0.05%、Zr:0.10-0.25%含有し、さらにMn:0.3%以下、Cr:0.05%以下、Sr:0.25%以下で、且つZr+Mn+Cr+Sr=0.10-0.50%の範囲であり、残部がAlと不可避的不純物からなることを特徴とする。
