Abstract:
(EN) A pulse light generation device 1A is provided with: a dispersing unit 12 that disperses pulse light on a per wavelength basis; a polarization-dependent spatial light modulator 14 that modulates the dispersed pulse light on a per wavelength basis; and a combining unit 16 that combines wavelength components of the pulse light outputted from the spatial light modulator 14. The plane of polarization of the pulse light that is inputted to the spatial light modulator 14 is inclined with respect to a polarization direction in which the spatial light modulator 14 has a modulating function. The spatial light modulator 14 causes a time lag between a first polarization component of pulse light passing along the polarization direction and a second polarization component of pulse light crossing the first polarization component. As a result, a pulse light generation device in which fluctuation in the time lag between the two pulse light components is easily reduced is achieved.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un dispositif de génération de lumière pulsée (1A) qui est pourvu : d'une unité de dispersion (12) qui disperse une lumière pulsée sur une base par longueur d'onde ; d'un modulateur spatial de lumière (14) en fonction de la polarisation qui module la lumière pulsée dispersée sur une base par longueur d'onde ; et d'une unité de combinaison (16) qui combine des composantes de longueur d'onde de la lumière pulsée émise depuis le modulateur spatial de lumière (14). Le plan de polarisation de la lumière pulsée qui est entrée dans le modulateur spatial de lumière (14), est incliné par rapport à une direction de polarisation dans laquelle le modulateur spatial de lumière (14) a une fonction de modulation. Le modulateur spatial de lumière (14) provoque un décalage temporel entre une première composante de polarisation de la lumière pulsée passant le long de la direction de polarisation et une seconde composante de polarisation de la lumière pulsée croisant la première composante de polarisation. Il s'ensuit qu'un dispositif de génération de lumière pulsée dans lequel une fluctuation du décalage temporel entre les deux composantes de lumière pulsée est facilement réduite, est obtenu.
(JA) パルス光生成装置1Aは、パルス光を波長毎に分散する分散部12と、分散されたパルス光を波長毎に変調する偏光依存型の空間光変調器14と、空間光変調器14から出力されたパルス光の各波長成分を合成する合成部16とを備える。空間光変調器14に入力するパルス光の偏光面は、空間光変調器14が変調作用を有する偏光方向に対して傾斜している。空間光変調器14は、偏光方向に沿ったパルス光の第1の偏光成分と、その第1の偏光成分と交差するパルス光の第2の偏光成分との間に時間差を生じさせる。これにより、2つのパルス光成分の時間差の変動を抑えることが容易なパルス光生成装置が実現される。
