Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a tripod constant-velocity universal joint 1, 51 which is provided with: an outer joint member 2, 52 in which track grooves 6, 55 extending in an axial direction are formed at circumferentially trisected positions; a tripod member 3, 53 which comprises a trunnion body 8, 53a that is spline-fitted to a shaft 20, 59 so as to be capable of transmitting a torque, and trunnion journals 9, 57 that protrude radially from the circumferentially trisected positions of the trunnion body 8, 53a; and rollers 4, 54 that are mounted to the respective trunnion journals 9, 57. The rollers 4, 54 are accommodated in the track grooves 6, 55, and the rollers 4, 54 are guided by roller guide surfaces 7, 56 formed on both lateral walls of the track grooves 6, 55. The tripod member 3, 53 has quench-hardened layers H1, H2 formed through carburization, quenching, and tempering, and the quench-hardened layer H1 at the outer diameter surface 10, 57a of each of the trunnion journals 9, 57 has a depth D1 that is greater than a depth D2 of the hardened layer H2 at the base part 9a, 57b of each of the trunnion journals 9, 57.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un joint universel homocinétique tripode (1, 51) comportant : un élément de joint extérieur (2, 52) dans lequel des rails (6, 55) s'étendant dans une direction axiale sont formés au niveau de positions divisées en trois selon la circonférence ; un élément tripode (3, 53) qui comprend un corps de croisillon (8, 53a) qui est cannelé à un arbre (20, 59) de manière à pouvoir transmettre un couple, et des tourillons de croisillon (9, 57) qui font saillie radialement à partir des positions divisées en trois selon la circonférence du corps de croisillon (8, 53a) ; et des roulements (4, 54) qui sont montés sur les tourillons de croisillon respectifs (9, 57). Les roulements (4, 54) sont logés dans les rails (6, 55) et les roulements (4, 54) sont guidés par des surfaces de guidage de roulement (7, 56) formées sur les deux parois latérales des rails (6, 55). L'élément tripode (3, 53) a des couches durcies par trempe (H1, H2) formées par carburation, trempe et revenu, et la couche durcie par trempe (H1) au niveau de la surface de diamètre externe (10, 57a) de chacun des tourillons de croisillon (9, 57) a une épaisseur (D1) qui est supérieure à une épaisseur (D2) de la couche durcie (H2) au niveau de la partie de base (9a, 57b) de chacun des tourillons de croisillon (9, 57).
(JA) 本発明は、円周方向の三等分位置に軸方向に延びるトラック溝6、55を形成した外側継手部材2、52と、シャフト20、59とトルク伝達可能にスプライン嵌合するトラニオン胴部8、53aとこのトラニオン胴部8、53aの円周方向の三等分位置から半径方向に突出したトラニオンジャーナル9、57とからなるトリポード部材3、53と、各トラニオンジャーナル9、57に装着されるローラ4、54とを備え、このローラ4、54がトラック溝6、55に収容され、ローラ4、54がトラック溝6、55の両側壁に形成されたローラ案内面7、56によって案内されるようにされており、トリポード部材3、53は浸炭焼入れ焼戻しによる焼入れ硬化層H1、H2を有し、トラニオンジャーナル9、57の外径面10、57aの焼入れ硬化層H 1の深さD1が、トラニオンジャーナル9、57の付根部9a、57bの焼入れ硬化層H2の深さD2より深い、トリポード型等速自在継手1、51に関する。
