Abstract:
(EN) A steel wire material comprising 0.5 to 0.9% by mass of C, 1.5 to 2.5% by mass of Si, 0.1 to 0.6% by mass of Mn, 0.05% by mass or less (excluding 0% by mass) of P, 0.05% by mass or less (excluding 0% by mass) of S, 1.2 to 2.5% by mass of Cr, 0.2 to 0.6% by mass of V and a remainder made up by Fe and unavoidable impurities, wherein the largest diameter of particles of a spheroidized carbide is 100 nm or less in a portion of the steel wire material which is located at a depth of 0.5 mm from the surface of the steel wire material, the areal fraction of particles of the spherical carbide, each of which has a longer diameter of 100 nm or less, relative to the whole area of the carbide is 90% or more, the largest diameter of particles of a V-containing carbonitride is 20 nm or less, and the number density of particles of the V-containing carbonitride, each of which has a longer diameter of 20 nm or less, is 30 particles/μm2 or more.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un matériau de fil d'acier qui comprend de 0,5 à 0,9 % en masse de C, de 1,5 à 2,5 % en masse de Si, de 0,1 à 0,6 % en masse de Mn, 0,05 % en masse ou moins (à l'exclusion de 0 % en masse) de P, 0,05 % en masse ou moins (à l'exclusion de 0 % en masse) de S, de 1,2 à 2,5 % en masse de Cr, de 0,2 à 0,6 % en masse de V, le reste étant constitué de Fe et d'impuretés inévitables. Le diamètre maximal de particules d'un carbure de sphéroïdisation est inférieur ou égal à 100 nm dans une partie du matériau de fil d'acier située à une profondeur de 0,5 mm à partir de la surface du matériau de fil d'acier ; la fraction surfacique de particules du carbure sphérique, dont chacune présente un diamètre plus long de 100 nm ou moins, par rapport à la surface totale du carbure, est de 90 % ou plus ; le diamètre maximal des particules d'un carbonitrure contenant du V est de 20 nm ou moins, et la densité en nombre de particules du carbonitrure contenant du V, dont chacune présente un diamètre plus long de 20 nm ou moins, est de 30 particules/µm2 ou plus.
