A plant equipped with: a boiler (30); machinery connected to the boiler (30); a water supply source (41) in which water is collected; a water supply line (44) for supplying water from the water supply source (41) to the boiler (30); coolers (50, 60g, 60s, 70g, 70s, and 80) for moving heat from a medium to be cooled to supplied water (W), which is water flowing in the water supply line (44); thermometers (59, 69, 79, and 89) that detect the temperature of the medium to be cooled or the supplied water; and temperature regulators (53, 62, 72, and 82) that regulate the temperature of the medium to be cooled on the basis of the temperatures detected by the thermometers (59, 69, 79, and 89).
