The purpose of the present invention is to provide an energy absorber having excellent impact resistance and having excellent impact energy absorption properties. This energy absorber comprises an olefin-based resin composition comprising a mixture of an olefin resin, a polyamide resin, and an elastomer having a reactive group that is reactive with the polyamide resin. The olefin-based resin composition has a continuous phase including olefin resin and a polyamide resin-based dispersed phase that is dispersed in this continuous phase. The polyamide resin-based dispersed phase has a structure including the elastomer in a matrix phase including polyamide resin.

Le but de la présente invention concerne un absorbeur d'énergie présentant une excellente résistance aux chocs et d'excellentes propriétés d'absorption d'énergie de choc. Cet absorbeur d'énergie comprend une composition de résine à base d'oléfine comprenant un mélange d'une résine d'oléfine, d'une résine de polyamide et d'un élastomère présentant un groupe réactif qui réagit avec la résine de polyamide. La composition de résine à base d'oléfine présente une phase continue comprenant une résine d'oléfine et une phase dispersée à base de résine de polyamide qui est dispersée dans cette phase continue. La phase dispersée à base de résine de polyamide présente une structure comprenant l'élastomère dans une phase de matrice comprenant une résine de polyamide.

本発明の目的は、耐衝撃性に優れると共に、衝撃エネルギー吸収性に優れるエネルギー吸収体を提供することである。本発明のエネルギー吸収体は、オレフィン樹脂と、ポリアミド樹脂と、該ポリアミド樹脂に対する反応性基を有するエラストマーとを配合してなるオレフィン系樹脂組成物によって構成されるエネルギー吸収体であり、オレフィン系樹脂組成物は、オレフィン樹脂を含む連続相と、この連続相の中に分散されたポリアミド樹脂系分散相とを有しており、ポリアミド樹脂系分散相は、ポリアミド樹脂を含む母相の中に上記エラストマーを含む構造を有する。
