Abstract:
(EN) [Problem] To provide a laser device in which the oscillation of a Q-switch is proactively used to improve pulsed laser light output, as well as to provide a photoacoustic measurement device provided with said laser device. [Solution] A laser device (1) that emits a pulsed laser light by radiating an excitation light onto a laser medium (51) while a first voltage is applied to a Q-switch (57), then after the radiation of the excitation light, changing the voltage applied to the Q-switch (57) from the first voltage to a second voltage, wherein the timing of the start of application of the first voltage during normal operation is set to a time when the intensity of the pulsed laser light reaches a maximum, said intensity cyclically changing due to the oscillation of the Q-switch (57).
(FR) Le problème décrit par la présente invention a trait à un dispositif laser dans lequel l'oscillation d'un commutateur de facteur de qualité (Q) est utilisée de manière proactive en vue d'améliorer la sortie de lumière laser pulsée, et a trait à un dispositif de mesure photoacoustique équipé dudit dispositif laser. La solution de l'invention a trait à un dispositif laser (1) comprenant les étapes suivantes : l'émission d'une lumière laser pulsée par exposition d'un milieu laser (51) à une lumière d'excitation pendant qu'une première tension est appliquée à un commutateur Q (57), puis après l'exposition à la lumière d'excitation, la modification de la tension appliquée au commutateur Q (57) de la première tension à une seconde tension, l'instant de début d'application de la première tension pendant un fonctionnement normal étant réglé à un instant auquel l'intensité de la lumière laser pulsée atteint un maximum, ladite intensité variant de manière cyclique en raison de l'oscillation du commutateur Q (57).
(JA) 【課題】Qスイッチの振動を積極的に利用し、パルスレーザ光の出力を向上させたレーザ装置およびこのレーザ装置を備えた光音響計測装置を提供する。 【解決手段】Qスイッチ(57)に対して第1の電圧を印加させた状態でレーザ媒質(51)に励起光を照射させ、励起光の照射後に、Qスイッチ(57)への印加電圧を第1の電圧から第2の電圧に変化させることでパルスレーザ光を出射するレーザ装置(1)において、通常動作時における第1の電圧の印加開始タイミングを、Qスイッチ(57)の振動に起因して周期的に変化するパルスレーザ光の強度が最大となるタイミングに設定する。
