Abstract:
(EN) A production method for zeolite powder, comprising: a step in which zeolite seed crystals are formed by using a silica unsaturated alkali solution including an alkali source and wet grinding zeolite crystals; a step in which a silica source is added to the silica unsaturated alkali solution including the zeolite seed crystals and a silica saturated alkali solution is prepared; and a step in which the silica saturated alkali solution is heated hermetically and zeolite powder is synthesized.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de production de poudre de zéolite, comprenant : une étape dans laquelle des germes cristallins de zéolite sont formés en utilisant une solution alcaline insaturée de silice comprenant une source alcaline et en broyant par voie humide des cristaux de zéolite ; une étape dans laquelle une source de silice est ajoutée à la solution alcaline insaturée de silice comprenant des germes cristallins de zéolite et une solution alcaline saturée de silice est préparée ; et une étape dans laquelle la solution alcaline saturée de silice est chauffée hermétiquement et une poudre de zéolite est synthétisée.
(JA) ゼオライト粉末の製造方法は、アルカリ源を含むシリカ不飽和アルカリ溶液を用いてゼオライト結晶を湿式粉砕することによって、ゼオライト種結晶を形成する工程と、ゼオライト種結晶を含むシリカ不飽和アルカリ溶液にシリカ源を添加してシリカ飽和アルカリ溶液を調製する工程と、シリカ飽和アルカリ溶液を密閉加熱してゼオライト粉末を合成する工程とを備える。
