Abstract
(EN)
[Problem] To provide a weatherstrip that has the effects of preventing electrical corrosion in a car body due to increased electrical resistance, and being more lightweight due to lower specific gravity. [Solution] Weatherstrips 1, 31 are made from an ethylene-α-olefin-nonconjugated diene copolymer (EPDM) rubber composition in which are combined, per 100 parts by mass of EPDM polymer, 40 to 140 parts by mass of carbon black, and a total of 5 to 50 parts by mass of at least one each of a polymer with an ethylene content of 70wt% or less and a specific gravity of 1.8 or less, and a polymer with an ethylene content of 70wt% or more and a specific gravity of 1.8 or less. The volume resistivity value of the composition is 1.0Ε+6Ωcm or more, and the specific gravity is less than 1.30. At least attachment base parts 2, 21, 32 that attach to the car body are formed.

Le problème à la base de la présente invention concerne un profilé d'étanchéité qui présente les effets de prévention de la corrosion électrique dans une carrosserie en raison d'une résistance électrique accrue et d'être plus léger en raison d'un poids spécifique plus faible. La solution porte sur des profilés d'étanchéité 1, 31 fabriqués à partir d'une composition de caoutchouc à base de copolymère d'éthylène-α-oléfine-diène non conjugué (EPDM) dans laquelle sont combinées, pour 100 parties en masse de polymère EPDM, 40 à 140 parties en masse de noir de carbone et un total de 5 à 50 parties en masse d'au moins chacun parmi un polymère présentant une teneur en éthylène de 70 % en poids ou moins et une densité spécifique de 1,8 ou moins et un polymère présentant une teneur en éthylène de 70 % en poids ou plus et une densité de 1,8 ou moins. La valeur de résistivité volumique de la composition est de 1,0E+6 Ωcm ou plus et la densité spécifique est inférieure à 1,30. Au moins des parties 2, 21, 32 de base de fixation qui se fixent à la carrosserie sont formées.

【課題】高電気抵抗化による車体の電食防止と、低比重化による軽量化の両効果を奏するウエザストリップを提供する。 【解決手段】ウエザストリップ1,31は、EPDMポリマー100質量部に対して、カーボンブラック40~140質量部と、比重1.8以下のエチレン含有量70wt%以下の重合体と比重1.8以下のエチレン含有量70wt%以上の重合体を少なくとも各1種類以上合計5~50質量部が配合された、体積固有抵抗値1.0E+6Ωcm以上、比重1.30未満であるエチレン-αオレフィン非共役ジエン共重合体ゴム組成物で、少なくとも車体への取付基部2,21,32が形成されている。
