This method for producing a worm wheel 10 comprises: a step for combining a first mold 43 for shaping a first tooth plane 13 of a wheel tooth 12 to be pushed by a shaft tooth 22 when a worm shaft 20 is rotated in a D1 direction, with a second mold 53 for shaping a second tooth plane 14 of the wheel tooth 12 to be pushed by the shaft tooth 22 when the worm shaft 20 is rotated in a D2 direction, so as to form a cavity 31 defined by the first mold 43 and the second mold 53; a step for injecting a molten resin into the cavity 31 so as to shape the wheel tooth 12; and a step for pulling the first mold 43 and the second mold 53 away from each other in mutually opposite directions that are slanted with respect to a tooth trace T of the wheel tooth 12.

L'invention concerne un procédé pour produire une roue à vis sans fin (10), lequel procédé comprend : une étape consistant à combiner un premier moule (43) pour mettre en forme un premier plan de dent (13) d'une dent de roue (12) devant être poussée par une dent d'arbre (22) quand un arbre de vis sans fin (20) est tourné dans un sens (D1), avec un second moule (53) pour mettre en forme un second plan de dent (14) de la dent de roue (12) devant être poussée par la dent d'arbre (22) quand l'arbre de vis sans fin (20) est tourné dans un sens (D2), de façon à former une cavité (31) définie par le premier moule (43) et le second moule (53) ; une étape consistant à injecter une résine fondue dans la cavité (31) de façon à former la dent de roue (12) ; et une étape consistant à tirer le premier moule (43) et le second moule (53) de façon à les éloigner l'un de l'autre dans des sens mutuellement opposés qui sont inclinés par rapport à une trace de dent (T) de la dent de roue (12).
