Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a photoelectric conversion element for which moisture resistance variation is suppressed, a solar cell provided with the photoelectric conversion element, and a novel compound suitable for use in the photoelectric conversion element. The photoelectric conversion element is equipped with at least an electrically conductive support, a photosensitive layer containing a light absorption agent, a hole transport layer containing a hole transporting material, and a second electrode. At least one of the photosensitive layer and the hole transport layer is provided on the electrically conductive support, and together with the electrically conductive support, constitutes a first electrode. The hole transport layer contains a compound Q having at least one of a structure M represented by formula 1 noted hereafter as the hole transporting material. Here, when the compound Q has two or more of the structures M, the two or more structures M can be the same or different.
(FR) L'invention concerne un élément de conversion photoélectrique pour lequel la variation de résistance à l'humidité est supprimée, une cellule solaire pourvue de cet élément de conversion photoélectrique, ainsi qu'un nouveau composé adapté pour être utilisé dans l'élément de conversion photoélectrique. L'élément de conversion photoélectrique est pourvu d'au moins un support électroconducteur, d'une couche photosensible contenant un agent d'absorption de lumière, d'une couche de transport de trous contenant un matériau de transport de trous et d'une deuxième électrode. Au moins la couche photosensible ou la couche de transport de trous est disposée sur le support électroconducteur et constitue avec ledit support une première électrode. La couche de transport de trous contient un composé Q doté d'au moins une structure M représentée par la formule 1 en tant que matériau de transport de trous. Selon l'invention, lorsque le composé Q est doté d'au moins deux structures M, lesdites deux structures M au moins peuvent être identiques ou différentes.
