Abstract:
(EN) A specimen inspection automation system is provided with holder orientation adjustment mechanisms 40a, 40b for adjusting the orientations of sample container holders 10 that each hold one sample container 1. The holder orientation adjustment mechanisms 40a, 40b are each provided with: a stopper mechanism 41 that is disposed above a conveyance line 202a, 202b for conveying a sample container holder 10 and restricts the downstream movement of the sample container holder 10 by abutting, at the same height as a notched part 12a provided on one side of a base 12 of the sample container holder 10, an outer circumferential part other than the notched part 12a in the circumferential direction of the base 12; and a holder rotation mechanism 42 that restricts the movement of the sample container holder 10 away from the stopper mechanism 41 and rotates the sample container holder 10 in the circumferential direction. As a result, it is possible to appropriately adjust the orientation of a sample container in which a sample is accommodated and reduce work complexity.
(FR) L'invention concerne un système d'automatisation d'inspection d'échantillon qui comprend des mécanismes de réglage d'orientation de support 40a, 40b pour régler les orientations de supports de récipient d'échantillon 10 qui contiennent chacun un récipient d'échantillon 1. Les mécanismes de réglage d'orientation de support 40a, 40b comportent chacun : un mécanisme d'arrêt 41 qui est disposé au-dessus d'une ligne de transport 202a, 202b pour transporter un support de récipient d'échantillon 10 et restreint le mouvement descendant du support de récipient d'échantillon 10 par butée, à la même hauteur qu'une partie entaillée 12a disposée sur un côté d'une base 12 du support de récipient d'échantillon 10, d'une partie circonférentielle externe autre que la partie entaillée 12a dans la direction circonférentielle de la base 12 ; et un mécanisme de rotation de support 42 qui restreint le mouvement du support de récipient d'échantillon 10 à l'écart du mécanisme d'arrêt 41 et tourne le support de récipient d'échantillon 10 dans la direction circonférentielle. En conséquence, il est possible de régler de manière appropriée l'orientation d'un récipient d'échantillon, dans lequel un échantillon est logé, et de réduire la complexité de travail.
(JA) 検体容器1を1本ずつ保持する検体容器ホルダ10の向きを調整するホルダ向き調整機構40a,40bを備え、ホルダ向き調整機構40a,40bは、検体容器ホルダ10を搬送する搬送ライン202a,202b上に配置され、検体容器ホルダ10の基部12の側方一方に設けられた切り欠き部12aと同じ高さにおいて基部12の周方向における切り欠き部12a以外の外周部と接触することにより、検体容器ホルダ10の下流側への移動を制限するストッパ機構41と、ストッパ機構41から離れる方向への検体容器ホルダ10の移動を制限するとともに、検体容器ホルダ10を周方向に回転させるホルダ回転機構42とを備える。これにより、検体が収容される検体容器の向きを適切に調整することができ、作業の煩雑さを抑制することができる。
