Abstract:
(EN) The treatment tool for endoscopes according to the present invention is a catheter (1) having: a port (23); a sheath (2) which has a proximal domain (4) that is inserted inside the port (23), and a distal domain that is contiguous with the proximal domain (4) and extends to the outside of the port (23); a flap (7) which has a leading end disposed at the distal domain of the sheath (2) and a base end disposed at the proximal domain (4) of the sheath (2), and which extends in a longitudinal direction of the sheath (2) from the leading end to the base end of the sheath (2); a notched surface (11) which is located between the base end of the flap (7) and the base end of the sheath (2), and which is formed by making a notch in the flap (7) along the longitudinal axis of the sheath (2); and an anti-rotation member (40) which is disposed between the notched surface (11) and the inner surface of the port (23), and which has an engagement surface (48) that is capable of contacting the notched surface (11) in such a manner as to restrict the movement of the notched surface (11) in a rotational direction about the longitudinal axis of the sheath (2).
(FR) La présente invention concerne un outil de traitement pour endoscopes qui est un cathéter (1) présentant : un orifice (23) ; une gaine (2) qui a un domaine proximal (4) qui est inséré à l'intérieur de l'orifice (23), et un domaine distal qui est contigu au domaine proximal (4) et qui s'étend vers l'extérieur de l'orifice (23) ; un volet (7) qui a une extrémité avant disposée au niveau du domaine distal de la gaine (2) et une extrémité de base disposée au niveau du domaine proximal (4) de la gaine (2), et qui s'étend dans une direction longitudinale de la gaine (2) de l'extrémité avant jusqu'à l'extrémité de base de la gaine (2) ; une surface crantée (11) qui est située entre l'extrémité de base du volet (7) et l'extrémité de base de la gaine (2), et qui est formée en réalisant une entaille dans le volet (7) le long de l'axe longitudinal de la gaine (2) ; et un élément anti-rotation (40) qui est disposé entre la surface crantée (11) et la surface interne de l'orifice (23), et qui a une surface de mise en prise (48) qui est apte à venir en contact avec la surface crantée (11) de manière à limiter le mouvement de la surface crantée (11) dans une direction de rotation autour de l'axe longitudinal de la gaine (2).
