Abstract:
(EN) The purpose of the present invention is to provide a metal laminating/shaping device capable of forming, at a low cost, a metal shaped article having a complicated structure. A metal laminating/shaping device (1) is provided with: a base (4); a head unit (3) that is provided with a base material injection device (11); and drive devices (5, 6, 7, 8) that change the relative positions of the base (4) and the head unit (3) on spatial coordinates. The base material injection device (11) is provided with: a base material heating unit (11a), which performs heating to increase the internal temperature of a base material (15), i.e., a metal piece in a fixed shape, to a temperature below a melting point, and to increase the surface temperature thereof to the melting point; and a base material injection unit (11b) that injects, toward the base (4), the base material (15) thus heated.
(FR) La présente invention a pour but de fournir un dispositif de stratification/mise en forme de métal permettant de former, à un faible coût, un article métallique façonné ayant une structure compliquée. Pour atteindre ce but, l’invention porte sur un dispositif (1) de stratification/mise en forme de métal qui est pourvu : d'une base (4) ; d'une unité de tête (3) qui est pourvue d’un dispositif (11) d’injection de matériau de base ; ds dispositifs d’entraînement (5, 6, 7, 8) qui changent les positions relatives de la base (4) et de l’unité de tête (3) sur des coordonnées spatiales. Le dispositif (11) d’injection de matériau de base est pourvu : d'une unité (11a) de chauffage de matériau de base, qui effectue un chauffage pour augmenter la température interne d’un matériau de base (15), c’est-à-dire d’une pièce métallique sous une forme fixe, à une température au-dessous d’un point de fusion et pour augmenter sa température de surface au point de fusion ; d'une unité (11b) d’injection de matériau de base qui injecte, en direction de la base (4), le matériau de base (15) ainsi chauffé.
(JA) 本発明は、複雑な構造を有する金属造形物を低コストで作成できる金属積層造形装置を提供することを目的とする。 金属積層造形装置(1)は、基台(4)と、基材射出装置(11)を備えたヘッドユニット(3)と、基台(4)とヘッドユニット(3)との相対位置を空間座標上で変化させる駆動装置(5,6,7,8)と、を備える。基材射出装置(11)は、定形の金属片である基材(15)の内部温度を融点未満、かつ表面温度を融点まで加熱する基材加熱部(11a)と、加熱された基材(15)を基台(4)に向けて射出する基材射出部(11b)と、を備える。
