Die Offenbarung betrifft eine Technologie zum Verbinden mindestens zweier Bauteile (120, 130) aus unterschiedlichen Materialien durch Rührreibschweißen (FSW). Das erste Bauteil (120) besteht aus einem Material mit einer ersten niedrigen Schmelztemperatur, insbesondere aus Aluminium, und das zweite Bauteil (130) aus einem Material mit einer zweiten und deutlich höheren Schmelztemperatur, insbesondere aus Stahl. Die Offenbarung umfasst ein Rührreibschweißverfahren, einen Schweißstift (111), ein FSW-Werkzeug (110) sowie eine Bauteilaufnahme (161), die in dem Rührreibschweißverfahren verwendbar sind, und ferner eine Schweißverbindung sowie eine Bearbeitungsstation. Ein erstes und ein zweites Bauteil (120, 130) werden in Kontakt mit der Bauteilaufnahme (161) unter Bildung eines Stumpf-Stoßes zwischen einer ersten Stoßkante (121) des ersten Bauteils (120) und einer zweiten Stoßkante (131) des zweiten Bauteils (130) positioniert. Der Verlauf des Stump-Stoßes überlappt mit dem Verlauf der Ausnehmung (165) in der Bauteilaufnahme (161). Eine FSW-Schweißverbindung wird zwischen dem ersten und dem zweiten Bauteil (120, 130) unter Führung des FSW-Werkzeugs (110) entlang dem Verlauf des Stumpf-Stoßes hergestellt, wobei plastifiziertes Material in die Ausnehmung (165) in der Bauteilaufnahme (161) gefördert wird.

The invention relates to a technology for connecting at least two components (120, 130) made of different materials by means of friction stir welding (FSW). The first component (120) consists of a material with a first low melting temperature, in particular aluminum, and the second component (130) consists of a material with a second and substantially higher melting temperature, in particular steel. The invention provides a friction stir welding method, a welding pin (111), an FSW tool (110), and a component receiving area (161), which can be used together in the friction stir welding method, and to a welded connection and a machining station. A first and a second component (120, 130) are positioned so as to contact the component receiving area (161), thereby forming a butt joint between a first abutting edge (121) of the first component (120) and a second abutting edge (131) of the second component (130). The course of the butt joint overlaps with the course of the recess (165) in the component receiving area (161). An FSW welded connection is produced between the first and the second component (120, 130) while guiding the FSW tool (110) along the course of the butt joint, wherein plasticized material is transported into the recess (165) in the component receiving area (161).

L'invention concerne une technologie permettant d'assembler par soudage par friction-malaxage (FSW) au moins deux pièces (120, 130) composées de matériaux différents. La première pièce (120) est composée d'un matériau présentant une première température de fusion peu élevée, en particulier d'aluminium, et la seconde pièce (130) est composée d'un matériau présentant une température de fusion nettement plus élevée, en particulier d'acier.
