Abstract:
(EN) The present invention refers to the in vitro use of a microfluidic kit or device comprising a support or substrate, wherein said support or substrate comprises at least one channel in the substrate, the channel comprising an inlet, an outlet, and a flow-path connecting the inlet and outlet, wherein the inlet and outlet together define a midplane; and a portion of the flowpath travels transversely across the midplane, wherein the portion of the flowpath that travels transversely across the midplane includes a recognition site or sensing area for detecting a target analyte; for detecting an analyte as a result of the heat generated by metal nanoparticles when they are irradiated with an external light source.
(FR) La présente invention concerne l'utilisation in vitro d'un kit ou dispositif microfluidique comprenant un support ou un substrat, ledit support ou substrat comprenant au moins un canal dans le substrat, le canal comprenant une entrée, une sortie et un trajet d'écoulement reliant l'entrée et la sortie, l'entrée et la sortie définissant conjointement un plan médian ; et une partie du trajet d'écoulement se déplace transversalement de part et d’autre du plan médian, la partie du trajet d'écoulement qui se déplace transversalement de part et d’autre du plan médian comprenant un site de reconnaissance ou une zone de détection pour détecter un analyte cible ; pour détecter un analyte en conséquence de la chaleur générée par des nanoparticules métalliques lorsqu'elles sont irradiées avec une source de lumière externe.
