Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a coating robot (1) for coating components, having a robot base (2), a rotatable robot member (4), a pivotable proximal robot arm (5) with two arm parts (5.1, 5.2) that are rotatable relative to one another and are connected together by a bearing ring (6), a pivotable distal robot arm (7), a robot hand axis (8), a connection flange (9) at the free end of the robot hand axis (9) for connecting an application device, and having a line arrangement (10) which is guided from the robot base (2) to the connection flange (9) for the application device. According to the invention, the line arrangement (10) is guided through the first bearing ring (6) between the two arm parts (5.1, 5.2) of the proximal robot arm (5).
(FR) L’invention concerne un robot de revêtement (1) servant au revêtement de pièces et comportant une base de robot (2), un élément rotatif de robot (4), un bras de robot proximal pivotant (5) muni de deux parties de bras (5.1, 5.2) pouvant tourner l’une par rapport à l’autre et reliées l’une à l’autre par une bague de palier (6), un bras de robot distal pivotant (7), un axe (8) de main de robot, une bride de raccordement (9) au niveau de l’extrémité libre de l’axe (8) de main de robot servant au raccordement d’un appareil d’application, et un système de conduite (10) qui est guidé à partir de la base de robot (2) vers la bride de raccordement (9) de l’appareil d’application. Selon l’invention, le système de conduite (10) traverse la première bague de palier (6) entre les deux parties de bras (5.1, 5.2) du bras de robot proximal (5).
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft einen Beschichtungsroboter (1) zur Beschichtung von Bauteilen, mit einer Roboterbasis (2),einem drehbaren Roboterglied (4), einem schwenkbaren proximalen Roboterarm (5)mit zwei relativ zueinander verdrehbaren und durch einen Lagerring (6) miteinander verbundenen Armteilen (5.1, 5.2), einem schwenkbaren distalen Roboterarm (7), einer Roboterhandachse (8), einem Anschlussflansch (9) am freien Ende der Roboterhandachse (8) zum Anschluss eines Applikationsgeräts sowie mit einer Leitungsanordnung (10), die von der Roboterbasis (2) zu dem Anschlussflansch (9) für das Applikationsgerät geführt ist. Die Erfindung sieht vor, dass die Leitungsanordnung (10) durch den ersten Lagerring (6) zwischen den beiden Armteilen (5.1, 5.2) des proximalen Roboterarms (5) hindurchgeführt ist.
