Abstract:
(EN) A system includes a standpipe (220) for receiving a flow of solids therethrough, the standpipe having at least one inlet (228, 230, 232) configured to receive a gas for decreasing a solids-to-gas ratio of the flow, a sealpot (222) having an inlet fluidly coupled to the standpipe and an outlet fluidly coupled to a riser, the sealpot being configured to fluidize the solids received from the standpipe and to transport the solids to the riser, and a drain device (300) fluidly coupled to an outlet in the standpipe, the outlet being located upstream from the inlet of the sealpot. The drain device is configured to remove the excess gas from the flow of solids within the standpipe to increase the solids-to-gas ratio of the flow prior to the solids entering the sealpot.
(FR) L'invention concerne un système qui comprend une colonne montante (220) pour recevoir un écoulement de solides à travers cette dernière, la colonne montante ayant au moins une entrée (228, 230, 232) configurée pour recevoir un gaz afin de réduire un rapport solide-gaz de l'écoulement, un pot d'évacuation (222) ayant une entrée couplée fluidiquement à la colonne montante et une sortie couplée fluidiquement à un tuyau d'élévation, le pot d'évacuation étant conçu pour fluidiser les solides reçus en provenance de la colonne montante et transporter les solides vers le tuyau d'élévation, et un dispositif de drainage (300) couplé fluidiquement à une sortie dans la colonne montante, la sortie étant située en amont de l'entrée du pot d'évacuation. Le dispositif de drainage est conçu pour éliminer le gaz en excès de l'écoulement de solides dans la colonne montante afin d'augmenter le rapport solide-gaz de l'écoulement avant l'entrée des solides dans le pot d'évacuation.
