Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung und ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Produktgases, insbesondere eines Synthesegases, wobei eine Zuführungsleitung (2a, 2b) zur Zufuhr eines Eduktgases in eine elektrochemische Zelle (10) eines Elektrolyseurs (1), wobei eine Zudosierung des Eduktgases in einen mittels einer Membran (13) von einem zweiten Elektrodenraum (14) räumlich getrennten ersten Elektrodenraum (12) ausführbar ist; eine erste Abführungsleitung (21a, 21b) zur Abfuhr des Produktgases aus dem ersten Elektrodenraum (12); eine zweite Abführungsleitung (20) zur Abfuhr eines Zusatzproduktgases aus dem zweiten Elektrodenraum (14); eine aus der ersten Abführungsleitung (21a, 21b) herausgeführte Rückführungsleitung (30) zur Rückführung eines Anteils des Produktgases in die Zuführungsleitung (2a, 2b) bereitgestellt sind/werden.

The invention relates to a device and a method for producing a product gas, in particular a synthesis gas, wherein the following are provided: a supply line (2a, 2b) for supplying a reagent gas into an electrochemical cell (10) of an electrolyser (1), wherein an addition of the reagent gas into a first electrode chamber (12) that is spatially separated from a second electrode chamber (14) by a membrane (13) can be carried out; a first discharge line (21a, 21b) for discharging the product gas from the first electrode chamber (12); a second discharge line (20) for discharging an additional product gas from the second electrode chamber (14); and a return line (30), leading out of the first discharge line (21a, 21b), for feeding back a portion of the product gas into the supply line (2a, 2b).

La présente invention concerne un dispositif et un procédé pour produire un gaz, en particulier un gaz de synthèse, une conduite d’alimentation (2a, 2b) pour acheminer un gaz d’alimentation dans une cellule électrochimique (10) d’un électrolyseur (1). Il est possible d'ajouter du gaz d’alimentation dans une première chambre d’électrode (12) séparée d’une seconde chambre d’électrode (14) au moyen d’une membrane (13) et une première conduite d’évacuation (21a, 21b) pour évacuer le gaz de la première chambre d’électrode (12) ; une seconde conduite d’évacuation (20) pour évacuer un gaz additionnel de la seconde chambre d’électrode (14) ainsi qu'une conduite de retour (30) sortant de la première conduite d’évacuation (21a, 21b) pour renvoyer une partie du gaz dans la conduite d’alimentation (2a, 2b) sont fournies.
