Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a method for producing a roof element of a motor vehicle, comprising the following steps: providing a polymer mixture; adding an organosiloxane compound to the polymer mixture; mixing the polymer mixture and the added organosiloxane compound with an isocyanate compound to form a polyurethane material and introducing the polyurethane material into a mould cavity of a foaming tool, such that the polyurethane material completes its reaction and a moulded section of the roof element is formed in the mould cavity, the surface of the moulded section being enriched with the organosiloxane compound; and removing the roof element from the foaming tool.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé pour fabriquer un élément de toit de véhicule automobile comprenant les étapes suivantes consistant à : - préparer un mélange polymère ; - malaxer le mélange polymère avec un composé organosiloxane ; - malaxer le mélange polymère mélangé au composé organosiloxane avec un composé isocyanate pour obtenir une matière polyuréthane et introduire la matière polyuréthane dans une cavité de moule d'un outil d'expansion, de manière à faire réagir complètement la matière polyuréthane et à mouler dans la cavité de moule une section de moulage de l'élément de toit enrichie sur sa surface avec le composé organosiloxane et - démouler l'élément de toit à partir de l'outil d'expansion.
(DE) Es wird ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Dachelements eines Kraftfahrzeuges vorgeschlagen, umfassend folgende Schritte: - Bereitstellen eines Polymergemischs; - V ersetzen des Polymergemischs mit einer Organosiloxan-Verbindung: - Mischen des mit der Organosiloxan-Verbindung versetzten Polymergemischs mit einer Isocyanat-Verbindung zu einem Polyurethan-Werkstoff und Einbringen des Polyurethan- Werkstoffs in einen Formhohlraum eines Schäumwerkzeugs, so dass der Polyurethan- Werkstoff ausreagiert und in dem Formhohlraum ein Formabschnitt des Dachelements ausgeformt wird, der an seiner Oberfläche mit der Organosiloxan-Verbindung angereichert ist; und - Entformen des Dachelements aus dem Schäumwerkzeug.
