Abstract:
The present invention relates to a device for curing resin-impregnated tubular liners using high-energy radiation, comprising at least two radiation sources for generating high-energy radiation, wherein the device has a front end, a back end opposite the front end, two opposite side ends, an upper end and a lower end opposite the upper end, wherein a length of the device, measured from the front end to the back end, is smaller in a transport state than in an operating state by virtue of at least one element of the device being mounted such that it can be extended, displaced, rotated and/or moved, and wherein, in the operating state, at least one first radiation source is arranged further in the longitudinal direction of the device from at least one other radiation source than in the transport state, and wherein the device comprises an attachment point at or adjacent to the front end and/or the back end, on which attachment point a tensile force from a power source arranged outside the device acts or can act, in particular at least partially in the longitudinal direction of the device in order to convert the device from the transport state to the operating state; and to the use of such a device.
