Abstract

A CT inspection system (100) for a container comprises a scanning device (110). The scanning device (110) comprises a radiation source device (111) and a detector array (112). The scanning device (110) further comprises a first orbit (113) and a second orbit (114) that are disposed on an inner layer and an outer layer. The radiation source device (111) is disposed on the first orbit (113), and the detector array (112) is disposed on the second orbit (114). The radiation source device (111) and the detector array (112) are supported by different orbits respectively, so that the current situation that a circular rotary frame needs to carry great load is alleviated; for each of the first orbit (113) and the second orbit (114), the strength requirement on the circular rotary frame is greatly lowered; compared with a CT inspection system for a container in the prior art, the machining difficulty is effectively lowered.

L'invention concerne un système d'inspection par TDM (100) d'un contenant, ledit système comprenant un dispositif de balayage (110). Le dispositif de balayage (110) comprend un dispositif de source de rayonnement (111) et un réseau de détecteurs (112). Le dispositif de balayage (110) comprend en outre une première orbite (113) et une seconde orbite (114) qui sont disposées sur une couche interne et une couche externe. Le dispositif de source de rayonnement (111) est disposé sur la première orbite (113), et le réseau de détecteurs (112) est disposé sur la seconde orbite (114). Le dispositif de source de rayonnement (111) et le réseau de détecteurs (112) sont l'un et l'autre supportés par différentes orbites, ce qui permet de réduire la charge importante pesant sur les structures rotatives circulaires des systèmes actuels ; pour la première orbite (113) comme pour la seconde orbite (114), la résistance que doivent présenter les structures rotatives circulaires est fortement réduite ; par rapport à un système d'inspection d'un contenant par TDM selon l'état de la technique, la difficulté d'usinage du système selon la présente invention est efficacement réduite.

一种集装箱CT检查系统(100),包括扫描装置(110),扫描装置(110)包括放射源装置(111)和探测器阵列(112),扫描装置(110)还包括内外双层设置的第一轨道(113)和第二轨道(114),其中,放射源装置(111)设置于第一轨道(113)上,探测器阵列(112)设置于第二轨道(114)上。实现了放射源装置(111)和探测器阵列(112)分别由不同的轨道支撑,改善圆环形旋转架需要承载的负荷很大的现状,对于第一轨道(113)和第二轨道(114)中每个轨道来说,强度要求相对于圆环形旋转架都大大降低,因此与现有技术的集装箱CT检查系统相比,有效地降低了加工难度。
