Abstract:
(EN) A vacuum bag pressure moulding assembly, a vacuum bag pressure moulding method, and a fibre composite material, the vacuum bag pressure moulding assembly comprising a die (1), a surface heating element (3), and a flexible sealing membrane (4); the sealing membrane (4) has a sealed connection to the die (1), a sealed cavity used for implementing moulding processing of a piece to be moulded being positioned between the sealing membrane (4) and the die (1); the surface heating element (3) is arranged in the sealed cavity and covers the surface of the piece to be moulded, in order to heat the surface of the piece to be moulded.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un ensemble de moulage sous pression de sac sous vide, un procédé de moulage sous pression de sac sous vide et un matériau composite à base de fibres, l'ensemble de moulage sous pression de sac sous vide comprenant une matrice (1), un élément de chauffage de surface (3) et une membrane d'étanchéité (4) flexible; la membrane d'étanchéité (4) est liée de façon étanche à la matrice (1), une cavité étanche utilisée pour mettre en œuvre un traitement de moulage d'une pièce à mouler étant positionnée entre la membrane d'étanchéité (4) et la matrice (1); l'élément de chauffage de surface (3) est disposé dans la cavité étanche et il recouvre la surface de la pièce à mouler, afin de chauffer la surface de la pièce à mouler.
