Title: POLYURETHANE RUBBER CONCRETE MATERIAL AND PROCESSING METHOD THEREFOR
Abstract:
A polyurethane rubber concrete material and a processing method therefor. The polyurethane rubber concrete material contains the following substances in parts by weight: 100 parts of a stone material; 1-20 parts of rubber powder; and 3-15 parts of polyurethane. The stone material comprises stones having a particle size smaller than 5 mm, stones having a particle size larger than or equal to 5 mm and smaller than 10 mm, and stones having a particle size larger than or equal to 10 mm and smaller than 15 mm; the polyurethane is a two-component or single-component thermosetting material, and has a tensile strength > 8 MPa, a tensile elongation at break > 50% and a viscosity at normal temperature < 1,500 mPa·s. The polyurethane rubber concrete material provided by the present invention has the following advantages: compared with the prior art, the present invention reduces the amount of polyurethane required and reduces the costs by about 30%; the addition of waste rubber powder further improves the cold tolerance and fatigue resistance of the material, and the material is water-impermeable; if the material is used for paving a bridge or road surface, the thickness of the pavement layer and the weight of the surface layer are reduced; therefore, the service life of the road or bridge surface can be prolonged.
