Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a new trapezoidal section having an innovative design, with a new technology with different attachment holes, considered to be universally usable for attaching photovoltaic modules, and constituting a new way of attaching solar panels of different sizes in solar plants and desalination plants, with a set of geometrical designs stamped with rows of holes in plate sections, with various measurement, diameters and spacings between geometrical designs and intersections between axes, stamped in the two side wings and top of the rhombus, in such a way that the holes in the rhombus-shaped profile match the holes in solar panels (solar modules) of all manufacturers thoughout the world, providing a rhombus-shaped profile for universal, light-weight attachment with vertical, horizontal or longitudinal gradations in the designs: circle, sphere, horizontally extending rectangle with rounded corners, vertically extending rectangle with rounded corners, vertically extending parallellogram. Moreover, the system has a detachable coupled triangular part, linked to the profile by a mechanical hinge and a gradation pin, allowing gradations to be provided in the profile to improve angular sun tracking, engagements between profiles, coupling to form profiles shaped as columns, as boxes, beams, purlins, spars and others. The system according to the invention has, as an innovation, perforations in the structures marking right and other cutting angles in the centre and at the ends of the profile. The system of rhombus-shaped profiles can be subdivided into profiles of other, proportional sizes having the same use; circular attachment holes stamped in the centre of the profile are used for engagement with other profiles. Circular geometrical holes are located at the ends of the system and provide joins between profiles, gradations, engagement parts, insertion of accessories, attachments and other suitable activities.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un nouveau profilé trapézoïdal de conception innovante, consistant en une nouvelle technologie avec perforations de fixations différentes, considérées universelles pour les fixations de modules photovoltaïques, soit un nouveau mode de fixation pour plaques solaires de tailles diverses, installations solaires et installations de dessalement, dans un ensemble de dessins géométriques à motifs avec perforations séquentielles en coupes de plaques, avec intersections de cotes entre axes et entre dessins géométriques existants dans le profilé avec ses mesures, diamètres et intervalles, et avec motifs sur les deux ailettes, les bords et le sommet du trapèze. Par conséquent, les perforations du système profilé trapézoïdal correspondent aux perforations des plaques solaires (modules solaires) de tous les fabricants dans le monde, d'où l'obtention du profilé trapézoïdal pour fixation universelle léger avec graduations verticales, horizontales ou longitudinales grâce à des dessins (cercle sphère, rectangle coin arrondi position horizontale, rectangle coin arrondi position verticale, parallélogramme position verticale, rectangle coin arrondi position horizontale, rectangle coin arrondi position verticale, parallélogramme position verticale). En outre, le système présente une pièce triangulaire accouplée amovible, jointe au profilé par une charnière mécanique et une tige pour graduation, permettant : des graduations par rapport au profilé dans la meilleure direction angulaire par rapport au sol, des emboîtements entre profilés, un accouplement pour former des profilés colonnes, former des profilés boîtier, poutres, pannes, longerons et autres modèles. Sur les motifs, l'invention système profilé est innovante en termes de pointillés pressés évidés dans la structure, indiquant le marquage de coupes droites et angulaires au centre et aux extrémités du profilé, le système profilé trapézoïdal pouvant être subdivisé en d'autres tailles proportionnelles présentant la même utilité. Au centre du profilé se trouvent des perforations à motifs de fixation sphériques permettant des emboîtements. Au niveau des extrémités du système se trouvent des perforations géométriques circulo-sphériques servant de jointures entre profilés, graduations, éléments d'emboîtement, passages d'accessoires, fixations et autres activités efficaces.
(PT) A presente invenção, trata-se um novo perfii trapezoidal, design inovador, uma nova tecnologia com furacões de fixações diferentes, consideradas universais para fixações de módulos fotovoltaicos, sendo a nova forma de fixação para placas solar em diversos tamanhos,, usinas so!ar e usinas dessalínizadoras, em um conjunto de desenhos geométricos estampados de furacões sequenciais em cortes de chapas, com intersecções de cotas entre eixos e entre desenhos geométricos existentes no perfil com suas medidas, diâmetros e intervaíos, estampados nas duas abas, laterais e teto do trapézio, isso faz com que as furações do sistema perfil trapezoidal combine com as furacões das placas solar (módulos solar) de todos fabricantes mundiais, tornando-se um perfil trapezoidal para fixação universal leve com graduações verticais, horizontais ou longitudinais através dos desenhos: (circulo esfera, retânguio canto arredondado posição horizontal, retânguio canto arredondado posição vertical, paraleíogramo posição vertical, retânguio canto arredondado posição horizontal, retânguio canto arredondado posição vertical, paraleíogramo posição vertical), além disso, o sistema tem uma peça triangular acoplada removível, unindo ao perfil com dobradiça mecânica e pino para graduação, permitindo: Graduações ao perfil na melhor direção angular ao sol, encaixes entre perfis, acoplamento para formar perfis colunas, formar perfis caixa, vigas, terças, longarinas e outros modelos; nas estampas a invenção sistema perfil tem a inovação nos pontilhamentos prensados vazados na estrutura indicando marcação de cortes reto e angular no centro e extremidades do perfil, onde o sistema perfil trapezoidal pode ser subdividido em outros tamanhos proporcionais com a mesma utilidade; no centro do perfil encontramos furações estampadas fixadoras esféricas que permitem encaixes; nas extremidades do sistema encontrasse furações geométricas circulo esféricas que servem de emendas entre perfis, graduações, encaixes, passagens de acessórios, fixações e outras atividades eficientes.
