(FR) RESTAURATION DE SURFACES VITREUSES À L'AIDE D'UNE TECHNOLOGIE LASER
Abstract
(EN) Device and methods to restore fissured areas of vitreous surfaces are disclosed. A laser beam is generated by a laser source. A controller controls the direction of the laser beam and shapes the spot-size of the laser beam according to sizes of the fissured areas. The laser beam is directed to the fissured areas to melt the vitreous surfaces around the fissured areas and fuse the melted vitreous surfaces in the fissured areas. The proposed methods may be used for amending/restoring existing surface pathologies on vitreous surfaces, such as glasses and glazes, which may be attached to non-vitreous substrates, such as ceramics or other support materials.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif et des procédés permettant la restauration de zones fissurées de surfaces vitreuses. Un faisceau laser est généré par une source laser. Un dispositif de commande commande la direction du faisceau laser et forme la taille de point du faisceau laser en fonction des dimensions des zones fissurées. Le faisceau laser est dirigé vers les zones fissurées pour faire fondre les surfaces vitreuses autour des zones fissurées et fusionner les surfaces vitreuses fondues dans les zones fissurées. Les procédés proposés peuvent être utilisés pour modifier/restaurer des défauts de surface existants sur des surfaces vitreuses, telles que des verres et des glaçures, qui peuvent être fixés à des substrats non vitreux, tels que des céramiques ou d'autres matériaux de support.
