Abstract:
(EN) This invention relates to a process and an apparatus for producing a mixed feed stream for a steam reforming plant from a first feed stream containing methane and a second feed stream comprising higher hydrocarbons, olefins and diolefins. According to the invention, the required hydrogenation of the mono- and diolefins and the hydrodesulfurization of the organic sulfur compounds contained in the feed stream are carried out step by step under process conditions optimized in each case. Furthermore, the inlet temperature into the respective reaction zone is controlled such that overheating of the feedstocks is avoided, which otherwise leads to undesired coke deposits, cloggings and the accelerated deactivation of the catalysts used.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé et un appareil pour produire un flux d'alimentation mixte pour une installation de reformage à la vapeur à partir d'un premier flux d'alimentation contenant du méthane et d'un deuxième flux d'alimentation comprenant des hydrocarbures supérieurs, des oléfines et des dioléfines. Selon l'invention, l'hydrogénation requise des monooléfines et des dioléfines et l'hydrodésulfuration des composés soufrés organiques contenus dans le flux d'alimentation sont effectuées pas à pas dans des conditions de traitement optimisées dans chaque cas. De plus, la température d'entrée dans la zone de réaction respective est régulée de telle sorte qu'une surchauffe des matières premières est évitée, ce qui conduit autrement à des dépôts de coke indésirables, à des obstructions et à la désactivation accélérée des catalyseurs utilisés.
