Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to Lawful interception and the problem how to notify a LEA about whether hand-over occurred between different radio access technologies, e.g. from LTE to Wi-Fi, and vice versa, or from LTE to 3G. The proposed solution aims to introduce, while intercepting only on service level i.e. in IMS domain, a mechanism to report to the LEAs an indication about what access type is serving the UE. The introduced mechanism relies on the "Access-type" field as received within the SIP P- Access-Network-Info header in case of LTE – WiFi handover and on the analysis of "SRVCC related" SIP signaling in case of LTE- 3G handover.
(FR) La présente invention se rapporte à une interception légale et au problème de savoir comment signaler à un LEA si un transfert intercellulaire s'est produit entre différentes technologies d'accès radio, par exemple du LTE au Wi-Fi, et vice versa, ou du LTE à 3G. La solution proposée a pour objet d'introduire, tout en interceptant uniquement un niveau de service, à savoir dans le domaine IMS, un mécanisme pour rapporter aux LEA une indication concernant le type d'accès qui dessert l'UE. Le mécanisme introduit compte sur le champ « type d'accès » tel que reçu dans l'en-tête d'informations de réseau d'accès P de protocole SIP dans le cas d'un transfert intercellulaire LTE - Wi-Fi et sur l'analyse d'une signalisation de protocole SIP « liée au SRVCC » dans le cas d'un transfert intercellulaire LTE - 3G.
