Abstract:
(EN) A processing unit for a transmitter comprises a transformation unit configured to replace a subset of a set of input symbols with one or more fixed symbols to obtain a transformed set of symbols and a precoder configured to apply the precoding matrix to the transformed set of symbols to obtain a precoded transformed set of symbols, wherein the subset is based on a distortion of the precoding matrix.
