Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a clutch system (10) comprising: a friction clutch (16) for transmitting torque between a torque introduction element (12) and a torque output element (14); a ramp system (54) for axially shifting a pressure plate (66) of the friction clutch (16); a pilot clutch (32) for actuating the ramp system (54) as a result of a difference in speed between the torque introduction element (12) and the torque output element (14); a tie rod (38) coupled to the pilot clutch (32) for actuating said pilot clutch (32) by axial shifting; and a fixed electromagnet (36) for the magnetic axial shifting of the tie rod (38), the pilot clutch (32) being arranged in the axial direction between the friction clutch (16) and the electromagnet (36) and at least a large part of the ramp system (54) being arranged radially inwards in relation to the pilot clutch (32). The clutch system (10) can therefore have a small radial extent, which provides enough installation space for a rotor of an electric machine, thus making possible a clutch system (10) with suitable installation dimensions for use in a hybrid motor vehicle.
(FR) L'invention concerne un système d’embrayage (10) comprenant un embrayage à friction (16) pour transmettre un couple entre un élément d’entrée de couple (12) et un élément de sortie de couple (14), un système à rampes (54) pour déplacer axialement un plateau de pression (66) de l’embrayage à friction (16), un embrayage pilote (32) pour actionner le système à rampes (54) suite à une différence de régime entre l’élément d’entrée de couple (12) et l’élément de sortie de couple (14), un tirant (38) relié à l’embrayage pilote (32) pour actionner ce dispositif dernier par l’intermédiaire d’un déplacement axial, ainsi qu’un électroaimant (36) fixe pour déplacer axialement et magnétiquement le tirant (38), l’embrayage pilote (32) étant agencé entre l’embrayage à friction (16) et l’électroaimant (36) dans le sens axial et le système à rampes (54) étant agencé au moins en majeure partie radialement à l’intérieur par rapport à l’embrayage pilote (32). Cette configuration permet d’obtenir un système d’embrayage (10) présentant une faible étendue radiale fournissant un espace suffisant pour monter un rotor d’une machine électrique, de sorte que ce système d’embrayage (10) présente un encombrement rendant possible une utilisation dans un véhicule automobile hybride.
(DE) Es ist ein Kupplungssystem (10) vorgesehen mit einer Reibungskupplung (16) zur Übertragung eines Drehmoments zwischen einem Drehmomenteinleitungselement (12) und einem Drehmomentausleitungselement (14), einem Rampensystem (54) zum axialen Verlagern einer Anpressplatte (66) der Reibungskupplung (16), einer Vorsteuerkupplung (32) zum Betätigen des Rampensystems (54) infolge einer Differenzdrehzahl zwischen dem Drehmomenteinleitungselement (12) und dem Drehmomentausleitungselement (14), einem mit der Vorsteuerkupplung (32) gekoppelten Zuganker (38) zur Betätigung der Vorsteuerkupplung (32) durch eine axiale Verlagerung und einem feststehenden Elektromagnet (36) zum magnetischen axialen Verlagern des Zugankers (38), wobei die Vorsteuerkupplung (32) in axialer Richtung zwischen der Reibungskupplung (16) und dem Elektromagnet (36) angeordnet ist und das Rampensystem (54) zumindest zu einem Großteil radial innerhalb zur Vorsteuerkupplung (32) angeordnet ist. Dadurch kann das Kupplungssystem (10) eine geringe radiale Erstreckung aufweisen, die genug Bauraum für einen Rotor einer elektrischen Maschine zur Verfügung stellt, so dass ein Kupplungssystem (10) mit einem für eine Anwendung in einem Hybrid-Kraftfahrzeug geeigneten Bauraum ermöglicht ist.
