Provided is a mobile charging bolt for an electric car. In a car (11), a photovoltaic power generation system (10) and a photovoltaic panel thereof are arranged on the top of a cabin thereof. The photovoltaic power generation system is connected to a storage battery set (3) disposed inside the cabin. The storage battery set is incorporated into a power grid by means of an AC/DC converter (6). A plurality of DC charging bolts (4) and AC charging bolts (7) are arranged on a housing close to one side of the cabin. The respective DC charging bolts are connected to the storage battery set by means of an electricity consumption meter (5) arranged on the housing at one side of the cabin. The respective AC charging bolts are connected to the storage battery set by means of an electricity consumption meter (8) arranged on the housing at one side of the cabin and the AC/DC converter. The storage battery set, the AC/DC converter, and the electricity consumption meters are connected to an electronic automatic control system. The mobile charging bolt of the invention has high reliability, long service life, high mobility and low manufacturing costs, produces no pollutant, is flexible, and can fully use solar energy.
