Title: ENERGY-SAVING HIGH-LATITUDE LOW-TEMPERATURE GRAIN STORAGE WAREHOUSE AND GRAIN STORAGE METHOD
Abstract:
An energy-saving high-latitude low-temperature grain storage warehouse and a grain storage method, which resolve problems of short storage time of grains, large loss and high energy consumption of the existing grain storage warehouse and the existing grain storage method. The grain storage warehouse comprises thermal insulation walls (1), a thermal insulation roof, thermal insulation windows and doors, and a cooling system. The storage method comprises the following: starting up a fan (5) at a temperature below -20 degrees centigrade, and stopping the fan (5) when a difference between the temperature sensed by an underground temperature sensor (4) and an air temperature is less than 1 degree centigrade and all temperatures sensed by a ground temperature sensor (4) are less than -15 degrees centigrade. In this way, grains in the grain storage warehouse and soil under the ground are frozen for storing low-temperature energies and continuously and slowly releasing the low-temperature energies in spring, summer and autumn, to always keep the grains in a low-temperature state, and accordingly the advantages of long storage time, small loss and low energy consumption are achieved during grain storage.
