Abstract:
A positioning mechanism for use in a screw tightening machine, comprising a jig mounting plate (1), a jig mounting plate raising and lowering drive mechanism (2), a positioning block, and a positioning block drive mechanism (3). The jig mounting plate (1) is provided with a jig assembly (7) used for product positioning, the jig mounting plate raising and lowering drive mechanism (2) being mounted on a fixed block (10), the jig mounting plate raising and lowering drive mechanism (2) being connected to the bottom of the jig mounting plate (1), the bottom of the jig mounting plate (1) being provided with guide rods (8), the guide rods (8) being inserted into the fixed block (10) by means of linear bearings (9); two sides of the front end of the positioning block are provided with positioning protrusions (5) used for suspending forward a pre-tightened workpiece, the positioning protrusions (5) being cushioned by means of a pad block (4) between same, the top part and the bottom part of the pad block (4) connecting the two positioning protrusions (5) integrally respectively by means of an upper cover plate and a lower cover plate, the positioning block drive mechanism (3) being connected to the positioning block and being mounted on a positioning block drive mechanism mounting plate (6). The present screw tightening machine positioning mechanism can implement accurate positioning of a workpiece, and improves the stability and precision of the movement of the jig.
