Title: CONNECTING JOINT FOR F-SHAPED STEEL RAIL
Abstract:
A connecting joint for an F-shaped steel rail (3a, 3b, 3c, 3d) is I-shaped, is of a half-chute type, a chute type or a buffering type, and structurally comprises a lower connecting plate (1a, 1b, 1c, 1d) disposed at the lower surfaces of wing plates (31a, 31b, 31c, 31d), and comprises a limiting boss (11a, 11b, 11c, 11d). The limiting boss (11a, 11b, 11c, 11d) is disposed at one side surface of the lower connecting plate (1a, 1b, 1c, 1d) in a protruding manner, and the surface of the raised end of the limiting boss (11a, 11b, 11c, 11d) is a flat surface. A vertical through groove (32a, 32b, 32c, 32d) matching one end of the limiting boss (11a, 11b, 11c, 11d) is correspondingly formed in each wing plate (31a, 31b, 31c, 31d) of the F-shaped steel rail, and the limiting boss (11a, 11b, 11c, 11d) on the lower connecting plate (1a, 1b, 1c, 1d) is inserted into a strip gap that is formed by the through grooves (32a, 32b, 32c, 32d) and a gap between the two wing plates (31a, 31b, 31c, 31d); the lower connecting plate (1a, 1b, 1c, 1d) is fixedly connected to the wing plates (31a, 31b, 31c, 31d) (31a, 31b, 31c, 31d) by allowing connecting pieces to penetrate through connecting holes (12a, 12b, 12c, 12d), so that the limiting boss (11a, 11b, 11c, 11d) penetrates out of the strip gap, the surface of the raised end is flush with the upper surface of each wing plate (31a, 31b, 31c, 31d), side surfaces are in full contact with the inner wall of each through groove (32a, 32b, 32c, 32d) in the corresponding wing plate (31a, 31b, 31c, 31d), and then the F-shaped steel rails (3a, 3b, 3c, 3d) are connected. The connecting joint can ensure that wheels always do not disengage from the wing plates (31a, 31b, 31c, 31d), so that the impact of a rail gap to traveling wheels is completely avoided.
