(ZH) 一种制备卤醇和环氧化物的方法
Abstract:
(EN) A process for the preparation of epoxide through a halohydrin process comprises: (1) halohydration: H2O2 (or hydrogen peroxide), halogen elementary substance, ethylenically unsaturated compound having one or more C=C double bonds are added into a reaction apparatus and subjected to halohydration reaction to obtain halohydrin; (2) saponification: the halohydrin of step (1) is subjected to a saponification reaction with an alkali metal hydroxide and the mixture is separated to obtain an epoxide and a halogenated alkali metal salt. The method further comprises: (3) electrodialysis: the halogenated alkali metal salt obtained in the step (2) is subjected to bipolar membrane electrodialysis to obtain an alkali metal hydroxide and a hydrogen halide. In the process of the present invention, the halohydrin or the epoxide is prepared with extremely high selectivity and yield, and the waste water and waste residue are greatly reduced.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'un époxyde par un processus impliquant l'halohydrine, le procédé consistant à : (1) hydrater en présence d'ions halonium, à savoir introduire H2O2 (peroxyde d'hydrogène), une substance élémentaire halogène et un composé éthyléniquement insaturé comportant une ou plusieurs liaisons doubles C=C dans une unité réactionnelle pour obtenir une halohydrine ; (2) saponifier l'halohydrine de l'étape (1) avec un hydroxyde de métal alcalin et le mélange est séparé pour obtenir un époxyde et un sel de métal alcalin halogéné. Le procédé consiste en outre à (3) effectuer une électrodialyse de membrane bipolaire du sel de métal alcalin halogéné obtenu à l'étape (2) pour obtenir un hydroxyde de métal alcalin et un halogénure d'hydrogène. Le procédé selon la présente invention permet de préparer l'halohydrine ou l'époxyde avec une sélectivité et un rendement extrêmement élevés, ce qui réduit fortement la quantité d'eaux usées et de déchets de scories.
(ZH) 一种卤醇法制备环氧化物的方法,它包括:(1)卤醇化:在反应装置中加入H2O2(或双氧水)、卤素单质、具有一个或多个C=C双键的烯属不饱和化合物,进行卤醇化反应而得到卤醇;(2)皂化:将步骤(1)的卤醇与碱金属的氢氧化物进行皂化反应,分离而获得环氧化物和卤化碱金属盐。所述方法还包括:(3)电渗析:将步骤(2)获得的卤化碱金属盐经过双极膜电渗析,得到碱金属的氢氧化物和卤化氢。本发明的方法以极高的选择性和收率制备卤醇或环氧化物,并且大幅度降低了废水、废渣的排放。
