Title: CLOUD STORAGE-BASED SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR ELECTRIC VEHICLE BATTERY EXCHANGE
Abstract:
A cloud storage-based system for electric vehicle battery exchange, which aims to solve the problems in existing electric vehicle energy supply systems wherein the use thereof is inconvenient, individual battery packs have significant differences, costs are overly high and so on. The system comprises a battery pack information storage device for storing battery pack information of electric vehicles; a battery pack distribution station for storing battery packs and charging battery packs; and a battery exchange station for exchanging battery packs for electrical vehicles and for communicating with the battery pack information storage device so as to send information of a battery pack to the battery pack information storage device. In addition, the battery management system of a battery pack is disposed on an electric vehicle, and located outside of the battery pack. Further disclosed is a method for the system. The system and method render energy supply for electric vehicles more convenient, and also reduce the costs of battery pack supply, such that large-scale construction of battery exchange stations becomes possible.
