Title: METHOD OF TYRE RUBBER PYROLYSIS EMPLOYING COMBINED HEATING AND MICROWAVING AND RECYCLING PYROLYSIS GAS
Abstract:
Provided is a method for tyre rubber pyrolysis, comprising the following steps: A, pretreating a tyre rubber; B, feeding the tyre rubber treated in step A into a composite pyrolysis chamber (2); C, heating a gas medium with a gas heating device (3) to a temperature of from 350°C to 700°C; D, continuously supplying the gas heated in step C to the composite pyrolysis chamber (2) and allowing the gas to act simultaneously with microwaves on the tyre rubber to conduct pyrolysis to obtain a solid product and a mixed gaseous product; E, subjecting the mixed gaseous product obtained in step D to oil-gas separation to remove a pyrolysis oil; and F, supplying part of the gases obtained in the oil-gas separation in step E to the gas heating device (3) described in step C and heating said part of the gases to a temperature of from 350°C to 700°C so as to recycle the same for reuse in the pyrolysis of step D. The method of the present invention can effectively reduce the energy consumption and time of pyrolysis and save costs.
