Title: BISTABLE MAGNETIC LATCHING RELAY BASED ON MECHANICAL H-BRIDGE
Abstract:
A bistable magnetic latching relay based on a mechanical H-bridge comprises a housing (1), and comprises two armatures (2, 3), two coil electromagnets (4, 5), a magnetic contact switch (12, 13, 14) and a bidirectional selection switch (6) that are disposed in the housing. The two coil electromagnets can control the phase inversion and transposition of the magnetic contact switch between the two coil electromagnets by means alternate conduction, so that the bistable magnetic latching relay can be in two different stable states, namely, a closed state and a broken state. By means of the driving of a connection rod (10), the magnetic contact switch controls the switching of the bidirectional selection switch in one aspect, and controls the attachment and detachment of the two armatures in another aspect. The bistable relay has a simple structure, is safe and reliable, has a long service life, and does not have energy consumption except in excitation, so that the bistable relay greatly saves energy, has a wide application range, and is especially suitable for management of an isolating energy unit; and the excitation is transient excitation, so that the bearing capability of a circuit and the overloading capability of the coil do not need to be taken into consideration, and a heating phenomenon does not occur on a coil in use, thereby completely eliminating the problem of heating of the coil.
