Title: SHORT-CIRCUIT PROTECTION METHOD AND DEVICE DURING INVERTER STARTUP
Abstract:
A short-circuit protection method and device during inverter startup. The device comprises: a first PWM input end (PWM1); a second PWM input end (PWM2); a first logic unit (1), connected with the first PWM input end and the second PWM input end, and used for generating a marker signal in a first state when the input signal of the first PWM input end and the input signal of the second PWM input end are at a high level, or otherwise, generating a second marker signal in a second state; a second logic unit (2), connected with the first PWM input end and the first logic unit, and used for filtering out the input signal of the first PWM input end when the marker signal is in the first state and maintaining the input signal of the first PWM input end when the marker signal is located in the second state. The method and device can shield an error PWM control signal sent out by a DSP, thereby avoiding the short-circuit problem when a T-type three-level inverter is started up.
