Abstract:
A phase-change particle aggregate-composite assembly-type lightweight wall, comprising: a foamed concrete panel (4), wherein wall panel ribs (2) are arranged on the foamed concrete panel (4), semicircular grooves (9) are arranged between the adjacent wall panel ribs (2), the grooves (9) are arranged in the length direction of the assembly-type wall (1), a phase-change particle mixture (3) is arranged in the grooves (9), the phase-change particle mixture (3) comprises phase-change porous expanded graphite particles (6) and a lightweight aggregate mixture (7), and the wall panel ribs (2) are covered with a polyurethane face layer (5) thereon. A preparation method of a phase-change particle aggregate-composite assembly-type lightweight wall. The assembly-type lightweight wall has a simple structure, is convenient to use, can absorb and store heat energy in the daytime, and the phase-change materials release energy, insulate outdoor cold air and keep the indoor temperature when the temperature is lowered at night, so that indoor thermal environment conditioning is realized.
