Abstract:
(EN) A biaxial or tri-axial eccentric rotor volume pulsed deformation plasticizing method and device. The method is characterized in that: the conveying volume of materials formed between two or three engaged eccentric rotors (2, 3, 4), which are formed by spiral structures (5) and eccentric cylindrical structures (6) connected alternately, and an inner surface of a stator (7) changes periodically along the axial direction and the radial direction of the rotors (2, 3, 4), achieving the volume pulsed deformation plasticizing and conveying of the materials during engaged rotation of the two or three engaged eccentric rotors (2, 3, 4). The device eccentric rotors (2, 3, 4) are all formed by length-varying spiral structures (5) and eccentric cylindrical structures (6) connected alternately; the spiral structures of the eccentric rotors (2, 3, 4) are engaged to each other; the axial positions of eccentric cylindrical structures (6) of the two or three rotors (2, 3, 4) are the same. The device and the method can implement extrusion of high polymer materials or implement, in combination with a plunger injection unit, injection molding of high polymer materials, and have features of desirable mixing and plasticizing effects for polymer materials, a short thermo-mechanical course, lower power consumption, and wide adaptability.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif de plastification biaxiale ou triaxiale par déformation de volume pulsé par un rotor excentrique. Le procédé est caractérisé en ce que : le volume transporté de matériaux formés entre deux ou trois rotors (2, 3, 4) excentriques mis en prise, qui sont formés par des structures (5) en spirale et des structures (6) cylindriques excentriques reliées en alternance, et une surface interne d'un stator (7) change périodiquement le long de la direction axiale et de la direction radiale des rotors (2, 3, 4), ce qui permet d'obtenir la plastification par déformation de volume pulsé et le transport des matériaux pendant la rotation en prise des deux ou trois rotors (2, 3, 4) excentriques mis en prise. Les rotors (2, 3, 4) excentriques de dispositif sont tous formés par des structures (5) en spirale de longueur variable et des structures (6) cylindriques excentriques reliées en alternance; les structures en spirale des rotors (2, 3, 4) excentriques sont en prise les unes avec les autres; les positions axiales des structures (6) cylindriques excentriques des deux ou trois rotors (2, 3, 4) sont identiques. Le dispositif et le procédé peuvent mettre en oeuvre l'extrusion de matériaux hautement polymères ou mettre en oeuvre, en combinaison avec une unité d'injection à piston, le moulage par injection de matériaux hautement polymères et ont des caractéristiques d'effets de mélange et de plastification souhaitables pour des matériaux polymères, un court parcours thermomécanique, une faible consommation d'énergie et une large adaptabilité.
(ZH) 一种双轴或三轴偏心转子体积脉动形变塑化加工方法及设备。该方法是螺旋结构(5)和偏心圆柱结构(6)交替连接组成的两根或三根啮合的偏心转子(2,3,4)与定子(7)内表面形成的物料输运体积分别沿转子(2,3,4)轴向和径向周期性的变化,物料在两根或三根啮合的偏心转子(2,3,4)啮合转动过程中实现基于脉动体积形变熔融塑化输运。该设备偏心转子(2,3,4)均由长度变化的螺旋结构(5)和偏心圆柱结构(6)交替连接组成;偏心转子(2,3,4)的螺旋结构相互啮合,两根或三根转子(2,3,4)偏心圆柱结构(6)所处轴向位置均相同。该设备和方法可实现高分子材料的挤出加工或与柱塞注射单元组合实现高分子材料的注塑加工,具有物料混炼塑化效果好、热机械历程短、能耗低、适应性广的特点。
