Title: MINIATURE LIQUID COMBUSTOR HAVING DOUBLE PRE-HEATING STRUCTURE, AND COMBUSTION METHOD THEREOF
Abstract:
A miniature liquid combustor having a double pre-heating structure, comprising a combustor outer drum body (2), and an upper sealing plate (1) and a lower sealing plate (2) used for sealing the upper and lower ends of the combustor outer drum body (2); a first sleeve (6), a second sleeve (5), and a third sleeve (3) are arranged inside the combustion outer drum body (2) in sequence from outermost to innermost; the lower end of the three sleeves is sealed by the lower sealing plate (2), and the upper end of the first sleeve (6) and the third sleeve (3) is sealed by means of a sealing top lid (15), a gap being disposed between the outer surface of the sealing top lid (15) and the inner surface of the upper sealing plate (1), and a gap being disposed between the top end of the second sleeve (5) and the inner surface of the sealing top lid (15); the sleeve wall of the second sleeve (5) is provided with four partition plates (17) that radially penetrate the sleeve wall, the four partition plates (17) dividing the space between the three sleeves into two opposite and independent air preheating chambers, and two opposite and independent fuel preheating chambers. The combustion method of the present combustor comprises introducing liquid hydrocarbon fuel and air into a combustion chamber (31) and stably combusting above a metal catalytic grid (13), the flames of the combustion first heating the third sleeve (3), the heated third sleeve (3) gradually radiating the thermal energy to a first fuel preheating chamber (8-1), a second fuel preheating chamber (8-2), a first air preheating chamber (10-1), and a second air preheating chamber (10-2), until the entire miniature liquid combustor is heated; and continuing to respectively implement second preheating of air introduced into the air preheating chambers and fuel introduced into the fuel preheating chambers before introducing same into the combustion chamber (31). The present combustor and combustion method enable secondary countercurrent preheating of air and fuel before introducing same into the combustion chamber (31), such that the air and the fuel are fully preheated before combustion.
