Abstract:
(EN) Provided are an array substrate (20), a liquid crystal display panel (50), and a liquid crystal display device (60). The width (a) of a gate (221) is configured to be less than the width (b) of an active layer (223) of a thin film transistor (22) and greater than the width (c) of a channel (P) of the thin film transistor (22). By reducing the width (a) of the gate (221), respective overlapping regions between a source (224) and the gate (221) and between a drain (225) and the gate (221) are reduced, thereby reducing respective parasitic capacitances between the source (224) and the gate (221) and between the drain (225) and the gate (221), and increasing display quality.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un substrat de matrice (20), un panneau d'affichage à cristaux liquides (50), et un dispositif d'affichage à cristaux liquides (60). La largeur (a) d'une grille (221) est conçue pour être inférieure à la largeur (b) d'une couche active (223) d'un transistor à couches minces (22) et supérieure à la largeur (c) d'un canal (P) du transistor à couches minces (22). Grâce à la diminution de la largeur (a) de la grille (221), des régions de chevauchement respectives entre une source (224) et cette grille (221) et entre un drain (225) et ladite grille (221) sont réduites, ce qui permet de réduire les capacités parasites respectives entre la source (224) et la grille (221) et entre le drain (225) et cette grille (221), et d'accroître la qualité d'affichage.
