Abstract:
(EN) A capacitor, a capacitive touch screen, and a manufacturing method thereof. The manufacturing method of the capacitor comprises the following steps: applying a silver nanoparticle conductive layer on a substrate (101); using a wet etching process for etching a conductive circuit pattern in a window area (103) of the silver nanoparticle conductive layer; dispensing a silver paste layer (104) on a non-window area (102) of the silver nanoparticle conductive layer; and using a laser etching technique for etching a conductive circuit pattern on the silver paste layer (104), and obtaining the capacitor. The manufacturing method of the capacitor and capacitive touch screen has a high process time efficiency, a simple manufacturing process, and good production yield. The silver nanoparticle conductive layer can reach a pitch of 30 μm, provides excellent circuit form, and excellent conductivity.
(FR) L'invention concerne un condensateur, un écran tactile capacitif et leur procédé de fabrication. Le procédé de fabrication du condensateur comprend les étapes suivantes : l'application d'une couche conductrice de nanoparticules d'argent sur un substrat (101) ; l'utilisation d'un procédé de gravure humide pour graver un tracé de circuit conducteur dans une zone de fenêtre (103) de la couche conductrice de nanoparticules d'argent ; la répartition d'une couche de pâte d'argent (104) sur une zone de non-fenêtre (102) de la couche conductrice de nanoparticules d'argent ; l'utilisation d'une technique de gravure au laser pour graver un tracé de circuit conducteur sur la couche de pâte d'argent (104), et l'obtention du condensateur. Le procédé de fabrication du condensateur et de l'écran tactile capacitif a une grande efficacité en termes de temps de processus, un processus de fabrication simple et un bon rendement de production. La couche conductrice de nanoparticules d'argent peut atteindre un pas de 30 µm, et elle donne un excellent modèle de circuit ainsi qu'une excellente conductivité.
(ZH) 一种电容单元、电容屏及其制备方法,该电容单元的制备方法包括如下步骤:在基板(101)上涂覆纳米银导电层;采用湿法蚀刻在所述纳米银导电层的视窗区(103)蚀刻出图形化导电线路;在所述纳米银导电层的非视窗区(102)涂覆银胶层(104);利用激光蚀刻工艺在所述银胶层(104)蚀刻出图形化导电线路,即得所述电容单元。所述电容单元、电容屏制备方法工时效率高,生产工艺简单,生产良率好,纳米银导电层的线距可以达到30μm,线条良好,导通性优良。
