Abstract:
A control circuit (100) of a direct current-direct current converter, comprising an error amplifier (EA), an oscillator (110), a multiplier (150), and a voltage divider circuit (130). A first input end of the multiplier receives a feedback voltage (VFB) produced by an output voltage (Vcore) of an output end of the direct current-direct current converter via the voltage divider circuit. A second input end of the multiplier receives a parameter compensation value (A1). An output end of the multiplier is connected to a first input end of the error amplifier. A second input end of the error amplifier receives a reference voltage (Vref). An output end of the error amplifier is connected to an input end of the oscillator, so as to provide an output (ΔV) of the error amplifier to the oscillator. An output end of the oscillator outputs a signal of a frequency directly proportional to the output of the error amplifier to a switch driving module (120) of the direct current-direct current converter. The control circuit effectively reduces response time, is fast with transient transformation, and increases system stability.
