Title: PREPARATION METHOD FOR NITROOLEFIN DERIVATIVE
Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a preparation method for a nitroolefin derivative, the method comprising the following steps: adding an ethylene compound, sodium nitrite, manganese dioxide and 2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidinyloxy to a solvent to react at 60-100°C, so as to obtain a nitroolefin derivative. The ethylene compound serves as the reaction initiator in the present invention, and raw materials thereof are easily accessible and plentiful in varieties. The prepared target product, nitroolefin derivative, can be either used directly or be further derived into other products. In the present invention, industrial sodium nitrite is used as a nitration agent, and as such the product is cheap, convenient and safe to use; the present invention does not require metal catalysts, has mild reaction conditions and high target product yield; the present invention also results in less pollution, enjoys low production cost, simple reaction operations and post-treatment processes, and is suitable for industrial production.
